Recipe 01: Morning Drink – Apple Pomegranate Ginger Cooler
Ingredients
Apple – 1 (chopped, skin on for fibre)
Pomegranate arils – ½ cup
Fresh ginger – ½ inch
Lime juice – ½ tbsp
Sendha namak – a pinch
Chilled water – ½ cup
Soak sabja – 1 tsp

Ingredients
Boiled sweet potato – 2 medium (mashed)
Boiled potato – 2 medium
Rajgira ka atta – 2 tbsp
Crushed walnuts – 1/4 tbsp
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Sendha namak – to taste
Ghee – 2 tbsp (for shallow frying)
Recipe 03: Raw Papaya & Peanut Salad ( Thai-Inspired)
Ingredients
Raw papaya – 1 cup (julienned)
Roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp (crushed)
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Honey – 1 tsp (optional)
Sendha namak – a pinch
Method for Morning Drink – Apple Pomegranate Ginger Cooler:
1. Add apple, pomegranate, ginger, and water to a blender.
2. Blend smooth Add lime juice + sendha namak. Mix well.
3.Add soaked sabja seeds Serve in a glass with crushed ice..
Method for Sweet Potato & Walnut Tikki:

1. In a bowl, mix papaya, peanuts, chilli, coriander.
2. Add lime juice, honey, and salt. Toss well.
3. Garnish with extra peanuts.
4. Add a few pomegranate pearls for colour pop + sweetness.
