For the Roll

Boiled & mashed Rajma – ½ cup
Paneer – ½ cup
Boiled Potato – 1 medium-sized
Oregano & Chilli flakes – 1 tsp each
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bread Crumbs – ¼ cup
Corn Flour – ¼ cup
Oil for grilling

For the coleslaw

Shredded Carrots – 1 tbsp
Shredded Purple Cabbage – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Oregano – ½ tsp
Sugar – a pinch
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Mustard sauce – 1 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste

Foot Long Bread

Mayonnaise & Ketchup for garnish

  1. For the veggie rolls, in a bowl mix rajma, potato & paneer. Season with salt & pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, ginger-garlic paste, bread crumbs & cornflour. Mix till well combined.
  2. Shape them oblong (like a hot dog)
  3. Heat oil in a pan & grill the rolls till golden brown on all sides.
  4. For the coleslaw combine all the ingredients & keep them aside.
  5. Now take a foot-long bread, slit it in the middle, add the coleslaw & place the veggie roll. Top with mayonnaise & ketchup.
