Paneer & Pear Fritters

Paneer-250gm
Grated pear-1(one medium size)
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Chaat masala-1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Rice flour-2-3tbsp
Breadcrumbs-1/2cup
Oil-3tbsp for frying
Cabbage leaves-4-5(to serve in)
Hung curd mixed with salt & black pepper – for topping

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Peel & grate the pear in a bowl. Add the crumbled paneer to it.
  3. Season with salt & pepper & add all the dry masala powders. Now add the rice flour & mix well.
  4. Shape them ablong (like an American football) or any shape of your choice. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Shallow fry them & serve hot topped with masala hung curd.
