Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Unsweetened Dark Chocolate (chopped) – 170 g
Almond Milk – 224 g
Dates – 128 g

For Garnish:
Dark chocolate shavings

  1. Melt the chopped chocolate over double boiler or in a microwave.
  2. In a mixture grinder, blend the dates with almond milk to make a smooth paste.
  3. Now fold the paste into the melted chocolate and Mix well.
    Fill into desired cups.
  4. Chill for at least 45 mins and Garnish with chocolate shavings.
