1 tsp Ghee
250gms Paneer (grated)
1/3 cup Condensed Milk
7 – 8 Almond (soaked and cut into flakes)
7 -8 Pistachios
A pinch of Kesar (soaked in 1 tbsp of milk)
1/ cup Strawberry Jam
- Heat up deep pan, add ghee, paneer, stir for 2-3minutes and then add condensed milk to it and stir the mixture continuously till the mixture comes together.
- Add half almond flakes and pistachios to the kalakand mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a setting mold, add the leftover almond flakes and pistachios on top and give a gentle press.
- Sprinkle the kesar soaked milk on top and allow it to Cool for 30-40 minutes.
- After getting set cut the kalakand into equal square and then make the square into half.
- Now take 1 piece of half square and put teaspoon of strawberry jam on it.
