Instant Besan Laddoo
Ingredients:
Roasted chana daliya – 1 cup
Jaggery – ½ cup
Warm ghee – 1/4 tbsp (adjust as needed)
Cardamom powder
Glazed cherries – 6–8
Edible silver leaf (for garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixer jar, add roasted chana daliya and jaggery. Grind together into a fine powder.
2. Transfer the mixture into a large plate/parat.
3. Gradually add warm ghee and mix until the mixture starts binding.
4. Take a small portion, flatten slightly, place a glazed cherry in the center, and roll into a neat round laddoo.
5. Apply a little ghee to your palms while shaping for a smooth finish.
6. Garnish with edible silver leaf if desired.
