Cream Cheese Platter
Herbed Cream Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
200gm Malai Paneer
1/3 Cup Hung Curd
1 Tsp Chilli flakes
1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
1/2 Tsp Pink Salt
1/2 Tsp Lemon Zest
1-2 Tsp Lemon Juice
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
For coating:
50 gm chopped almonds
2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
For platter:
1pkt Crackers
250gm Grapes
1 Red Dragon Fruit
1 Green Apple
1pkt Lavash
1 Cucumber
2 Carrot
Method:
Blend all ingredients together, except coating and serving ingredients.
Blend until they’re properly combined and smooth mixture.
Keep in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set.
Now wrap it in a cling film and shape it into a round ball.
Roll it in the almond and parsley mixture and serve over the platter with the fruit, salad, lavash and crackers.
