The Spicy Gulab Mocktail blends guava juice, rose syrup, chilli and ginger for a unique sweet–spicy flavour you can serve as a mocktail or spike with a clear spirit of your choice.
Ingredients:
100 mL guava juice
30 mL rose syrup
¼ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp ginger juice
¼ tsp black salt
For topping:
Chilled soda
Ice cubes
For glass rimming:
Lemon
Red chilli powder
Salt
For garnish:
Guava slice
Method:
Prepare chilli–salt rim using lemon.
Shake guava juice, rose syrup, chilli, ginger juice and black salt.
Pour over ice in the rimmed glass and top with chilled soda.
Garnish with a guava slice.
