Ripe Banana – 165gms (2 medium)
Lemon juice- 1 ½ tsp
Vegetable oil – 50 gms
Raw sugar – 75 gms (1/2 cup)
Milk – 1 tbsp (if needed)
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Dry ingredients
Oats flour – 150 gms (1 and 3/4 th cup)
Baking powder – ¾ tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Choco chips -75 gms
Beat the oil and the sugar together. Then add the vanilla and lemon juice. Then fold in the the mashed banana, followed by the sieved dry ingredients and finally the choco chips. Do not over mix. Transfer to a loaf tin and bake at 180* for 35-40 mins or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
