Wheat flour – ½ cup
Almond powder – ½ cup
Besan – ¼ cup
Ghee – ½ cup + 2 tbsp
Sugar – ¾ th cup
Milk – ½ cup
Water – 1 & ½ cups
Fried Raisins/Kishmish for garnish
Fresh rose petals for garnish

  1. In a pan, heat ghee and add the wheat flour, cook for a few minutes and follow it up with besan, some more ghee and then almond powder, stirring continuously & cooking each for a few minutes before adding the next. Now add the milk, cook slightly, then add the sugar & water simultaneously. Stir continuously for about 8-10 mins or till it’s nice browned & the ghee begins to get released from the sides..
  2. Once ready garnish with fried raisins, rose petals & serve warm.
