Recipe 01: Besan Sheera

Ingredients:

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Besan (gram flour) – 2-3 tbsp
Almonds – 8 to 9, sliced
Turmeric – a pinch
Ginger powder – a pinch
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Black pepper powder – a pinch
Hot water as needed for a semi thick consistency( about 1-2 cups)
Sugar – 1 tbsp

Recipe 02: Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

Ghee – 3 tbsp
Peppercorns – 2–3
Cloves – 2–3
Bay Leaf – 2
Garlic – 4–5 cloves (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (roughly chopped)
Chicken on the bone – 5–6 pieces
Carrots – 1/4 th cup (diced)
Beans – 1/4th cup (chopped)
Potatoes – 1 medium (diced)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Water – 3–4 cups
Fresh coriander along with stems – a handful

Recipe 03: Immunity Boosting Shot

Ingredients:

Warm water – 2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Cold pressed Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Juice of lime

Method: Besan Sheera

1. Heat ghee in a pan, add besan and roast on medium flame until it turns fragrant and deepens in colour.
2. Add sliced almonds and sauté till slightly crunchy.
3. ⁠Then add turmeric, ginger ,cardamom, and pepper powder. Mix well.
3. Pour in hot water gradually, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
4. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens slightly but remains of a thin, pourable consistency.
5. Add sugar, mix, and cook for another minute.
6. Serve hot, garnished with a light sprinkle of cardamom powder.

Method: Chicken Soup

1. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the whole spice and sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté till the raw smell disappears.
3. ⁠Add onion and cook till translucent.
4. ⁠Then add the chicken pieces and sauté for 3–4 minutes until lightly seared.
5. ⁠Mix in the carrots, beans, and potatoes.
6. ⁠Add turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour in water (3–4 cups) and add coriander stems.
6. Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 2–3 whistles.
7. Let the pressure release naturally. Open the lid, stir, and taste. Adjust salt and pepper.
8. ⁠Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Method: Immunity Boosting Shot
1. In a jar or glass, add hot water.
2. Mix in turmeric, pepper powder, honey, oil and lime.
3. Stir well until combined.
4. ⁠Pour in glasses of choice and slowly sip or gulp it down.
