Granola:

    1. Preheat a pan.
    2. Add rolled oats to the preheated pan.
    3. Lightly toast the oats over a low flame.
    4. As the color of the oats begins to change, add chopped walnuts and stir them in.
    5. Make sure to keep stirring the oats to prevent burning.
    6. Add mixed seeds into the mixture.
    7. Once these ingredients are evenly toasted, transfer the granola to a plate to cool down quickly.

Smoothie Bowl:

  1. In a bowl, place whisked hung curd (or Greek yogurt if preferred) as the base.
  2. For toppings, generously add the prepared granola and fruits of your choice.
