Prep. : 15 mins
Cook : 10 mins

Total Time :

Cuisine : indian
Servings :

Broccoli Florets – 1 cup
Roasted Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Boiled Potato – 1/4 cup (cut in cubes)
Finely chopped onions – 1 Tbsp
Murmura/Rice Puffs – As required
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander for garnish

  1. Dry roast the broccoli florets in a pan till they are charred at the edges & crispy. Sprinkle chaat masala on them while hot so it gets absorbed well into the florets.
  2. In a bowl, add peanuts, potato, onions, pepper, chaat masala & sweet chilli sauce. Give it a good mix. Season with a little salt & pepper.
  3. Add the rice puffs & broccoli florets. Check for seasoning & sauciness and adjust according to your taste.
  4. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves & serve immediately. You don’t want the BHEL to become soggy!
