Caramelized Sesame Popcorn

½ cup Unpopped Corn Kernels
¼ cup Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter

For caramel syrup

1 cup Castor Sugar
¼ tsp Salt

    For making caramel syrup

    Heat up a non-stick pan, melt the sugar completely as dropping consistency. Then add a pinch of salt to it and Caramel syrup is ready.

    For caramelize sesame popcorn

  1. Heat a pressure cooker on high flame, add oil and melt butter in it, then add the corn kernels along with salt and give a gentle stir and coat the corn with oil and butter.
  2. Keep a lid on the cooker upside down. Once the popping starts shake the cooker so that all the kernels get cooked and open the lid when popping is stopped.
  3. Quickly transfer the popcorn on a clean baking tray.
  4. Pour the prepared caramel and sprinkle sesame seeds on it and mix until it coats well.
    Once well coated, wait for a 2-3minutes and serve.
