Ingredients (to grind):-
Beetroot (peeled & diced)- 100 gms
Ginger – ½ inch
Pepper powder – a pinch
Black salt – to taste
Water- 1 tbsp
Ingredients (To make beetroot chaas):-
Beetroot paste – 1 tbsp
Plain chaas
Coal- to smoke
Ghee- ½ tsp
