Boiled sweet potatoes (grated) – 2
Homemade chapattis – 2
Curd – 1/4 cup
Salt – to taste
Grated mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of choice) – 3 tbps
Finely chopped coriander – 2 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp

  1. Heat a pan, add butter & gently heat one of the chapatis on it.
  2. Place on a flat surface.
  3. Now spread the curd over it followed by the grated sweet potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle some salt followed by the coriander leaves.
  5. Add the cheese fold the chapati.
  6. Place it back on the hot pan & cook it on medium flame to crispen it slightly and get a nice golden color on both sides. Simultaneously, the cheese will melt too.
  7. Once done cut into half & serve these cheesy quesadillas hot with the sauce of your choice.
