3 Rotis
1/2 Cup Boiled Chicken
2 tsp Butter
1 tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onions
1/4 cup Parboiled Beans
1 tbsp Homemade Ketchup
- Cut the rotis into half & make a cone shape with each of the halves. Seal the end with the help of a toothpick.
- Bake then in the oven for 15 minutes at 140 degrees.
- In the meantime, add butter to a pan, once hot, add the garlic & sauté till the raw smell is gone.
- Then add the onions & sauté until translucent.
- Then add the chicken & give it a nice toss.
- Add the beans & let it all cook for a few minutes.
- Finally add the ketchup & sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
- Now take the baked cones & fill them with the prepared chicken & beans filling.
- Place all the filled cones on a platter or a bowl & serve hot.
