Boneless chicken-250gm
Garlic powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder-1tsp
Grated carrots-1/4cup
Chopped cabbage-1/4cup
Egg-1
Breadcrumbs-1cup
Oil for frying

For the Dip

Hung curd-2tbsp
Mayonnaise-1tbsp
Spring onion greens-1tsp
Parsley for garnish

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Grind to a fine paste along with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Take it out in a bowl, Add 2-3 tbsp of breadcrumbs, cabbage, carrots & mix well.
  2. Now grease your cookie cutter, add the mixture to it & make your desired shape. Freeze for 10 to
    15 minutes.
  3. Beat the egg add salt & pepper to it. Dip the nugget into the egg then roll it on the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan & deep fry all nuggets.
  5. Method for dip

  6. Mix curd & mayo. Add spring onion greens & mix well.
  7. Add to a serving bowl & garnish with some chopped parsley.
