Chicken Wraps

Boneless chicken – 250 gms
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper & red chilli powder to taste
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Finely sliced Onions – 1/4 th cup
Finely sliced Capsicum and
Cabbage- 1/2 cup
Curd – 2 tbsp
Mayo – 1 tbsp
Mustard – 1/2 tbsp

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, chilli powder, and ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Heat a pan and add oil. Once hot, add the onions, and saute till slightly brown. Then, add the veggies.
  3. Cook very slightly and remove half of it in a plate.
  4. Add the marinated chicken, sear on high flame for a couple of minutes, then add the sauces & let it cook covered till juicy & tender.
  5. Once done, take it off the flame.
  6. On pre-made parantha, add some of the prepared chicken filling, top with a little crunchy veggies, make a tight roll and use a toothpick to seal it! Then ofcourse dig in.????
