Ingredients:
½ cup peanuts-
1/4th cup white sesame seeds-
1/2 cup dates (soaked and ground)
1 tbsp ghee
½ tsp cardamom powder
Dark chocolate- 150 gm
Method
Dry roast sesame seeds until they pop slightly.
Toast the peanuts, Cool and grind along with the sesame coarsely.
In a mixing jar add the date mixture to it.
Then add the dry mixture along with some c
Mix well until doughy.
Set in a tray and press flat. Place in the fridge and allow it to set.
Then add a layer of melted chocolate, add white chocolate swirls and let it set again.
Cut into shapes of choice.
