Colorful Tortilla Wraps

For each Tortilla

85 gms Multi Grain Flour
55 gms Beetroot purée (boiled and made in a smooth purée with ( max 1-2 tsp water)
55 gms Spinach purée
55 gms Carrot purée
½ tsp Salt
10 ml Oil
Water if needed

For the Filling

100 gms Pomegranate
½ cup Chicken (grilled and shredded)
1/3 cup Hung curd (hung home curd in a muslin cloth. Once the water drains out what you left with is hung curd)
1-2 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp Oregano

For Tortilla

    1. Take three bowls and add the flour in each.
    2. Then add the salt and make the dough by 1st rubbing the oil into the flour to get it crumbly while making sure that the oil is mixed with the entire flour.
    3. Then add the different purées to each of the bowls and make semi-soft doughs with each. Rest for about 10 minutes.
    4. Now rolls the dough out on a clean surface and make a round tortilla sheet.
    5. Heat a flat pan and cook the tortillas with the help of some oil.

For the Filling

    1. In a bowl add pomegranate, chicken, hung curd and mix well.
    2. Then add the garlic and oregano.
    3. Season with salt to taste and some pepper.

For The Final Assembly

  1. Take each of the colourful tortillas and place a spoonful of filling in it and wrap along with parchment paper to hold the wrap together.
  2. It can also be covered with foil.
  3. Serve with the sauce of your choice.
