Crispy Fish Fingers

300 gms Fish (cut into finger size)
2 Egg
¼ cup Refined Flour
¼ cup Rice Flour
Salt & Pepper To Taste
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
2 tsp Oregano
1 cup Red Rice Poha
Oil for frying
Lemons (wedges)

Parsley (for garnish)

  1. In a bowl, break the eggs, Whisk in the refined flour and Rice flour.
  2. Season the batter with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano.
  3. Now drop the fish into the batter and set aside for 15-20minutes.
  4. Heat up oil for frying and spread some red rice Poha on a flat plate and coat the marinated fish with it .
  5. Fry the fish fingers on medium heat till golden brown and crisp.
  6. Drain out the fish fingers on a clean paper towel.
  7. Sprinkle parsley over it and serve hot with lemon wedges and dip.
