Egg Fried Rice

2 tsp vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp finely chopped garlic
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp soya sauce
1 cup leftover cooked rice
finely chopped spring onions for garnish

  1. Heat the pan & add oil to it.
  2. Add garlic on high flame.
  3. Lower the flame & break the eggs directly in the pan. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. Add the rice & the soya sauce & give it a nice toss.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onion & greens and serve hot.
