Eggs – 3
Milk – 1/4 cup
Sliced mushroom – 1/4 cup
Small cubed red & yellow bell peppers – 1/4 cup
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter – 1 tsp
Grated cheese – 2 tbsp
- In a mixing bowl, break the eggs & whisk well.
- Then add the milk, salt & pepper & whisk again till nice & fluffy.
- Heat a pan on medium heat.
- Now add the mushrooms & bell peppers to the egg mixture.
- Butter the pan & pour the batter evenly on the pan. Cover and let it cook gently on a low flame.
- Once its risen & firm enough to turn, carefully flip it over, top with the grated cheese & again cover the pan.
- Once the cheese starts melting, turn off the flame & slide it off the pan onto a chopping board.
- Serve whole or sliced into pieces with a sauce of your choice.
