Rolled oats – 1/4 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Dried fruits of your choice – 2tbsp
Chopped nuts of your choice – 2tbsp
Apple(hollowed) – 1 big
Honey – 2 tsp (optional)

  1. In a pan, dry roast the oats & nuts together.
  2. Then add the milk & allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes.
  3. In the meantime slice the top of an apple & hollow it with the help of a scooper or a spoon.
  4. Roughly chop the flesh & add them to the oats mixture.
  5. Turn the flame off & then add the dried fruits followed by honey (optional)
  6. Allow the oats to cool and pour them into the hollowed apple.
  7. Serve immediately or chill overnight in the refrigerator & serve the next day.
