1 tbsp butter
4 bread slices
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1/4 cup finely julienned capsicum
1/4 cup boiled corn
1/2 cup grated cheese(or as much as you like)

  1. Heat butter in a pan & toast the bread slices till brown & crispy on one side on low flame.
  2. Once done flip then & apply the schezwan sauce on it.
  3. Top with capsicum juliennes & boiled corn
  4. Grate cheese over it. Cover with a lid till the cheese starts to melt.
  5. Remove from the flame, cut into triangles & serve hot.
