🥕 Ingredients

  • Tofu – 200 g, firm, cubed
  • Roasted peanuts – 3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – 2 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper
  • Red chillies – 3, finely chopped
  • Bell pepper – ½ cup, sliced
  • English cucumber – 1
  • Mango – 1, cubed
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5–6, halved

  • Paneer – 200 g, cubed
  • Hung curd – ½ cup
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 2 tsp, minced
  • Lime juice – from ½ lime
  • Salt
  • Mint-coriander chutney – 3 tbsp
  • Baby lettuce leaves – 6–8
  • Avocado – 1, cubed
  • Grated cheese – optional
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Charcoal – 1 small piece

🍳 Method

Combine bell pepper, cucumber, mango, and tomatoes in a bowl.

Season tofu and pan-fry for 1–2 minutes per side till golden.

Crush peanuts and mix with sesame oil, honey, lemon juice, chilli, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle dressing over vegetables and toss well.

Add tofu cubes at the end.

Serve fresh.
