Moong Dal High Protein Pizza Sandwich
Ingredients:
For Grinding
1 Cup Yellow Moong dal, soaked over night
1/2 Inch Ginger
1-2 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
1/2 Fruit salt
For veggies
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Boiled corn
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Capsicum
1/4 Cup Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
1/4 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Extra ingredients
¼ Tsp Fruit salt for each batch
Ketchup
Steps:
In a blender jar, add soaked dal along with ginger and green chilli and blend it into a smooth paste
Transfer it into a bowl, add salt and mix well.
For a filling, in a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well
Now add fruit salt in the moong dal batter and mix well
Take a toaster, transfer the moong dal batter and top with veggies mixture, finally add some more batter to cover the veggies
Toast on both sides and serve with ketchup.
