Instant Creamy Chicken Risotto

1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Chicken (cut in cubes or shredded)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 Cup Par-Boiled veggies (Carrot&Peas)
1/4 Cup Cream
1 Cup Boiled Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Water
Finely chopped Parsley for garnish

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic & sauté for a few seconds.
  2. Add the chicken & let it cook till they turn tender. Season with salt & pepper & give it a nice toss.
  3. Add a little water so that the moisture is retained while the chicken is cooking.
  4. Add the diced veggies & cook for a while.
  5. Then add the boiled rice & mix well.
  6. Finally add the cream & give it a good mix.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley & serve hot.
