Slightly Coarse Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 2.5 cups

  1. Add sugar in boiling water & let it dissolve.
  2. In a kadai or deep pan add ghee to it on low heat. As ghee melts add wheat flour to the kadai and roast it nicely.
  3. Slowly slowly the mixture starts releasing its aroma and the colour will change to golden brown. ( It will take about 8-10 minutes)
  4. Add sugar water to it carefully as it bubbles a lot & cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Pour in the bowl of choice, cool it slightly and “Badi Shradha Se” serve it warm 🙏( though it tastes as amazing when at room temperature too ) 😁
