1 tsp Ghee
250gms Paneer (grated)

1/3 cup Condensed Milk

7 – 8 Almond (soaked and cut into flakes)
7 -8 Pistachios
A pinch of Kesar (soaked in 1 tbsp of milk)
1/ cup Strawberry Jam

  1. Heat up deep pan, add ghee, paneer, stir for 2-3minutes and then add condensed milk to it and stir the mixture continuously till the mixture comes together.
  2. Add half almond flakes and pistachios to the kalakand mixture and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a setting mold, add the leftover almond flakes and pistachios on top and give a gentle press.
  4. Sprinkle the kesar soaked milk on top and allow it to Cool for 30-40 minutes.
  5. After getting set cut the kalakand into equal square and then make the square into half.
  6. Now take 1 piece of half square and put teaspoon of strawberry jam on it.
