For homemade Paneer

Milk-1 ltr
Lemon juice to curdle the milk-1 tbsp

For the paratha filling

Freshly made paneer
Freshly chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Green chili deseeded & chopped – 1
Red chilli pd-½ tsp
Grated ginger-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala-½ tsp
Ghee/Oil-2 tbsp
Homemade Wheat flour dough

  1. Boil milk & curdle with lemon juice. Strain it through a muslin cloth & compress paneer.
  2. To the freshly made paneer add the all the ingredients of the filling & mix everything together. Keep aside.
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll out small dough balls into thin chapattis.
  4. Take one, spread the filling and add another thin roti on top..
  5. Roll gently to bring both together.
  6. Now, place the paratha onto the heated tawa. Cook both sides & apply some ghee or oil till golden & crisp on both sides..
