Rajgira Macadamia Laddoo
Ingredients:
– Ghee – 2 tbsp
– Rajgira atta – ½ cup
– Dates (seedless, soft) – 1 cup
– Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
– Macadamia nuts – 10–12 whole
– Garnish: grated macadamia + rose petals
Method:
1. Roast rajgira atta in ghee until nutty & fragrant.
2. Blend with dates and cardamom to form a sticky dough.
3. Toast macadamias till golden.
4. Wrap dough around each nut, roll into laddoos.
5. Garnish and store in an airtight jar up to 1 week.
