In a bowl, combine hung curd and sweetener. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Line a tray with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly to about ½ cm thickness.
Scatter berries, chocolate, and almonds over the surface. Press lightly so they stick.
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until completely firm.
Break into rustic shards and serve immediately.
