- Boiled potato-½
- Finely diced carrot-1 Tbsp
- Finely diced beans-1 tbsp
- Peas-1 tbsp
- Cubed pineapple-1 Tbsp
- Bread Slices-4
- Butter to spread on bread
Russian dressing
- Mayonnaise-3 tbsp
- Mustard-2 tsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Finely chopped dill (optional)-1 tsp
- Lettuce leaves as required
- Par boil all the veggies before hand and chill in the refrigerator. When ready to make, add all the ingredients of the dressing to a bowl. Mix well..
- Add all the prepared veggies into the mayo mix bowl & coat well with the dressing.
- Apply butter on the bread slices. Place lettuce leaves at the bottom & then spread the filling on top. Close with other half. Pack in the tiffin.
