Sabudana Vada

1/2 cup Sabudana
1Boiled potato (cut into cubes)
1/4 cup Raw peanuts(without skin)
Sendha Namak (to taste)
1 tsp Jeera(cumin seeds)
Finely chopped Green chilies (as per taste)
1 Tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves

  1. Soak 1/4 th cup of sabudana in hot water for about 20 mins. Drain and dry completely with the help of a kitchen towel.
  2. In a bowl, add the sabudana, followed by potatoes.
  3. Now crush the peanuts and add in the bowl along , with salt, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies & coriander leaves. Mix well.
  4. Make small roundels and deep fry. Remove on an absorbent paper and serve hot with chutney of choice.
  5. (I’ve mixed some fresh coriander chutney and curd)

    And our delicious crispy, Sabudana Vadas are ready to be relished!
