Eggs – 3
Butter – 2 tbsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
Grated cheese – as desired
Salt & pepper – to taste

  1. In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk them.
  2. Then add the milk & whisk again.
  3. Season with salt & give it a quick mix.
  4. Heat butter in a pan on the lowest flame, pour the egg mixture to it & leave it for 10 seconds.
  5. Then with the help of a spatula gently keep bringing ll together.
  6. Once almost done, add grated cheese, mix again & take it off the flame.
  7. Serve hot sprinkled with some pepper & with a toasted slice of bread on the side!
