Silken Tofu, 150gms
Fresh cream- 1 – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black Salt- a pinch
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Butter – 1 tbsp

For the Toast

Sourdough Bread slice – 1
Butter- 1 tsp
Sautéed Trio Of Peppers
Olive oil – 1tsp
Trio of bell peppers- Half of each (thick juliennes)
Thyme sprigs – 1-2
For Garnish
Fresh Chives( finely chopped) – 1 tsp

1.Heat a pan, add butter & grill the sour dough bread slices till crispy & golden brown on each side. Once done, remove & keep aside.
2. In the same pan, heat olive oil and the add the bell pepper juliennes. Toss on high flame and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add fresh thyme leaves and toss till the bell peppers get slightly charred. Once done, take it out of the pan and keep aside.
4. Now heat some more butter in the same pan, crumble the tofu and add to the pan. Season with salt, turmeric powder and black salt. Combine everything on a medium flame till the moisture evaporates.
5. Fold in the fresh cream gently.
6.For the assembly, top the toasted bread with the prepared scrambled tofu. Garnish with freshly chopped chives
7.Place the grilled peppers and baked beans by the side & serve immediately.
