Singhade Ke Aate Ka Paratha

1/2 cup Singhade ka aata ( Chestnut flour )
1 Boiled potato
1 tsp for the dough Peanut oil ( and more for making the paratha )
Sendha salt ( Rock salt ) to taste
1 Green chili ( finely chopped )
1 tsp Freshly chopped coriander leaves
Water as required to make a soft & pliable dough

  1. In a bowl, add flour, salt to taste, peanut oil, green chili , coriander & mashed aloo and mix well.
  2. Knead a soft dough using some water.
  3. Once ready, take a small dough ball, and roll it into a paratha.
  4. On a hot tawa, place the paratha. Cook till golden brown on both sides using peanut oil.
    Serve hot with paneer ki sabzi.
