Curd – 1/2 cup
Sabudana pearls(soaked) 1/4th cup
Raw sugar 1 tbsp
Sendha namak/Rock salt – a pinch
pomegranate – 2 Tbsp
Chopped nuts 2 Tbsp

    1. In a hot pan, first, add sabudana pearls & roast it until sabudana gets crisped up.
    2. In a bowl, add curd, sugar & sendha namak & whisk it together.
    3. Add hot sabudana pearls into the Curd mixture & soak it for at least 3-4 hours.

Assembly

  1. In a glass, first, add tapioca parfait mixture then add some chopped nuts on top of that. Repeat the process & make distinct layers. Garnish with some pomegranate seeds & serve cool.
