1 Sliced Bananas
2-3 Cardamom pods ( Elaichi )
2 Tsps. Raw Sugar
5-6 Walnuts ( Cut into 2 )
1 Tbsp Ghee

  1. In a pan, add Ghee.
  2. Once hot, add the Cardamom Pods & sauté till fragrant.
  3. Add sliced bananas and allow them to get caramelized. Add sugar and walnuts and give everything a mix till it resembles a nice gooey halwa.
  4. Remove in a bowl & serve warm or at room temperature.
